No Objection Letter

The company I am working with, I join them with NOC and I have be working with them over two years with NOC and they beg me to transfer which I did but now I have get another job and I was asking for NOC which them refuse to give him, before i have did two R P with my previous sponsor before I join them. I am a local hire. Please elite me on this what can I do because I am tired and I have summit my resignation letter which as been approved and their manger ask to cancel me.

LoveCanada is correct to an extant. You have to approach Human Rights Commission which is located near Darl Ul Hammam Park R/A on Markhiya St. If they intervene you can get NOC.

@OP, Take LoveCanada with you to your Office and he will get the NOC for you.
They can not ban you if you are locally hired. They MUST provide you with the NOC letter.
They can cancel you and ban you for two years. No difference if you are hired locally or abroad.
