Newborn baby visa process?

Dear All,

we had baby boy last month,both of my wife and newborn is in india.me & my wife have RP and she's on my sponsorship,.

I searched Many times on net,it shows new born baby can avail visa on arrival within 2 to 3 months of duration.

My question is

1. can we avail visa on arrival,if i bring my wfe and family before 2months or incase after 2months shall we get visa on arrival for baby?

2. whats the requirements and process for newborn visa on arrival?

please those who experienced this kind of issue,please help and reply me?

is there any other problem at india airport.as baby will have only passport?
