New visa

I got work visa from two months, the company postponed the date of my transfer to Qatar and at the same time, another company sent a better offer, I sent an email to know the reason for the postponement and they did not respond, my question is the new company can issue a new visa

If your Visa is not stamped on your passport, you can switch to any better offer....No issues on that...
