Need urgent advice please

Dear Friends.

Kindly provide me some urgent advices. M working with one company and my contract is fixed 5 yr contract. I have completed 1yr and 9 months. Now I am getting a better offer in very good company. If i resign serving them a one month notice period as per law and cancel my RP, can i come back and take the employment from another employer?? Kindly advise
