hello guys my friend needs help she is new here and she wanna apply health card ..can anyone knows where she can apply health card and what documents she need to submit.... by the way she is maid here.. thanks..

nearest health center on her place where she stay and tell her to bring copy of her passport, 2 pcs passport size photo white background, copy of Qatar residents visa on her passport and pay QR 100 then she will be given a health card. And tell her also that she knows their bldg address.
