Hi All!
Would like some clarification concerning my job contract in Qatar. My contract is Unlimited Period, I joined in the company last February 2013 and probationary period for 6 months and it was stamped at Ministry of Labor in September 2013.
Now, my question is does the joining date is included for 5 years or the day when the contract was stamped? I am little bit confuse on this because I've got a job offer this month from new company and I am not sure if MADSLA approve my sponsorship transfer application.
Your response is highly appreciated.
It should be as per joining date & reflected the joining date on you contract.
