Need advise on Pending Salary

Hi Everyone,

I need your valuable advice on one of my critical issue. My salary is pending since last 6 months. They promised me it will be clears within few days so, I waited-waited for my salary at last I resigned. But after 1 month of notice still my employer has not made any final settlement. I need your valuable advice on this. I have to take some steps now please guide me through this.

Updated: If I go to labour court how many days the proceeding will take.

QL keeps telling us that these cases are in the past

Anyway, you ned now to contact the Human Rights Commission immediately and also lodge a case with the labour court...
