Need advice again pls...

Before I come here as Husband Sponsor, then my company transfer it. Until now, I dont have Fingerprint and Medical, and my Visa is still in processing period til March.. I file complain to Human Rights, regarding my exit permit and Noc that my company refused to give me to go back home, now they file a case to me for paying 1,200QR, to cancel the case. Is it advisable for me to pay it? or not? Pls, need heIp.. Thank you..
