My cat doesn't eat fish anymore!

Hi guys! I have a one year old cat which i picked up from the down of my building when i went to dump garbage to beat my loneliness as i stay all alone. It was very small at that time a very loving pet i should say, never goes out of the apartment even if i leave the door open, loves to eat fish like all the cats do.
It has stayed with me for almost a year now untill recently when i was on a 45 day vacation i decided to keep her with my next door filipina neighbour. When i was back from my vacation and got the cat back home. Since the i have noticed its has developed strange eating habbits..... it eats stuff like peanuts, pringles, Spaghetti....... i mean is this normal for a cat to eat such things obviously not? My first reaction was she was sick but doesnt show any signs of being sick.
Earlier whenever i cooked i always cook keeping the cat in mind nowadays if i giver her fish it just smells and walks away. im worried because i dont want to change my eating habbits because of the cat.
How can the cat forget the the 12 months it stayed with me for a 45 day vaction with filipina.

I would like to ask some advice from fellow pet owners on QL as to what i should do?

I agree with Aisha. Try giving it some minced meat.

Cats are finicky. The develop sudden dislikes to certain foods. My cats do it all the time. Just change the food on a regular basis. Always have dried foods available. I buy lots of different kinds of even dry food and they certainly have their preferences in this too as well as the canned meat & fish.

As said before. It will start eating when it is hungry.

This cat is discarded by a non-vegitarian guy living around the building you are staying and therefore, you must take this cat to non-veg indian restaurent so that she will eat everything. Dont worry.

Cats are finicky at times. My cat, of 12 years, just decided she doesn't like her canned cat food any more! I would give that to her for a treat. Luckily, she still eats her dry food which is filled with the nutrients she needs.

If your kitty gets hungry enough, she'll eat. She may have picked up some bad/other eating habits while you were away. I think it's best you start the kitten on some good, nutritious cat food. Once she figures out that is what's available, she'll eat.

Keep on watching for signs of any illness just in case. Although, I feel she's just exercising her right at being finicky at times. ;)
