Mothers Visit Visa -online Metrash

Dear guys i have family and govt housing bringing my mother on family 6 month visit since last 4 years . Now certainly gharafa immigration says apply online through Metrash? No more manual application ? Ok i thot it shud b easier but to my surprise online application ask for birth certificate of me and my mother ...since this was never a requirement i was surprise i try to attach passport copies privious visa ref but it is cancelled now my birth certificate is in marathi from muncipalty i have to apply for new dual language certificate and my mother doesnt have she has only leaving certificate , my late fathers passport i have all name and relation ship columns and even affidavit are available but they r not accepting ? 1952 birth entry is not easy to find ? That too in a vilage panchayat my god u can understand but why moi qatar is asking such certificate in presence of my parents passport copies marriage certificate ???? Some back office guy teaching such troubles to the system generators , god help me now with time constraints is there any way ?
