Ministry of labour Contract not available in MOI Site

I would like to know about Employment Contract

I try to download my employment contract stamped copy from MOI Site but it shows "THERE ARE NO CONTRACT TO ARCHIVE" as a pop up message.

At the time of my joining from 2019 I requested my company to provide me a stamped contract copy until now I didnt get.

most of the paper companies are not doing employment contract

The company is not letting you have a copy possibly because without an Employment Contract you may not be able to fight your case should the company not settle your dues. If you go over to the Labour Office, you may possibly get a copy. Talk to people who are in the HR department in some companies. They may be knowing better. I am not going to ask you to go to National Human Rights Committee as they can force your company to give you the contract should you seek their help. But then your company may retaliate by terminating your service.
