Messiad: for the family?

Can anybody tell me information about Messiad? Things to do...living, schooling? I've a family of two boys and was considering a move to Qatar. The company (Qatar oi) seems to provide everything on site but is a family lifestyle best served here? I also have an opportunity to work in Abu Dabi would this be more suitable??

Iam family with 2 kids and staying in messaied. there is international school here and new comunity school coming soon. Sure if you work in abudabhi before you will enjoy here.
