Medical Exam for Work Permit

Hello people.

I really want someone to answer this. I was treated for Hepatitis C. Now my HCV Ab will always come positive but PCR Qualitative is Negative. My question is, do they go onto do PCR Qualitative when they find HCV+ on normal test?

My offer is for Finance manager at Construction company
