Manual Cancellation of QID - Need help

I left Qatar in 2008 in emergency & informed my emplyer I'll not be able to join. They agreed. Visa & ID didn't get cancelled, but expired.

Now in 2019, I came back. New employer couldn't proceed online for renewal via visa number online. I asked previous emplyer to cancel it. They cancelled it manually.

Still, it shows online that QID is not cancelled when we try to go on MOI online and shows expiry details.

How to solve this matter? Please advise.

The cancellation of an ID can be done only by the employer. Suggest, you contact your previous employer and request you to help you out. He can take out a print from the system showing your ID had been cancelled which you can take to the Passport & Immigration department authorities and they will correct the info in the system.
