Lure Fishing Spot

I know it has been questioned and discussed several times here but I have not been able to get a clear answer.
I would appreciate it if someone could tell me where is the best spot in Qatar for lure fishing (on-shore). I read and heard many people said Al Khor or AL Wakra but nobody specified any exact location. For instance I could not find any location in Al Khor (across Corniche) which looks ok for fishing.
