Hinna,Ask your neighbor's help ....

It is possible to do that small repair at your neighbor's place ......

Plus have tea and biscuits there as well .....

Here are some tips:

Find a shoe repair person (called cobbler in English and Mochi in Hindi/Urdu/Bengali). They usually do such repairs.

Second, many people use rope to make a net around their bags. Do that and then get the it repaired when you are in your home city.

Third, place the bag near the Baladiya drum and go for a new one.
