Kroheart, don't get offended by the attitude of the police or the embassy officials. They see these kinds of cases more frequently than one would imagine, they are just being cautious. You need to be in touch with your embassy to help you in this. Do you have any community groups here that can help you. You need to take a friend with you, who can help you with this process. Anyway your objective right now is to report the passport lost and get a new passport so you can travel back.

write a lost declaration (announcement) with your signature at the end and give it to the police and to your embassy.

in your lost declaration write your full name as it is in your passport and number of passport , issue date and expire date.

Good luck

Don't waste time and try to find a person from Embassy to help you out, or at least guide you instead. However, you have to file a report in police station.

Do you have the passport copy.

You have to file a police report as well as visit your embassy. Your embassy will be able to help you on compassionate grounds. Moreover there are many philipinos here on QL, am sure someone will be able to guide you better.
