Lost my Kid Immunization/Vaccination Card

My kids are 3 years old,they were born in Qatar and have completed all the vaccinations as per the country law. By accident we lost the immunization card,and now in the school we want to enroll they are asking for immunization card.Is there any way I can prove it to them that my kids are immunized. Your input is highly appreciated.
