@ Basher'sbasher, you made a valid statement, i should have used encryption software on my USB memory stick...

I was there at katara this morning, searched everywhere and reported to the security and cleaning services office..they seems to be very friendly and offered to update me incase they get it.

I too lost my 2 gb flash some time back with extremely important documents and data in it. I pasted notices everywhere that I thought I would have dropped it. I even offered five 2 gb flashes in return but to no avail.

You have to be really lucky to find it back.
