OK. Thank you to all those people who kindly offered their fridges. I'm thinking that the type of fridge that I am looking for does not exist in Qatar. These are the old ('50s & '60s) models that had enamel on the inside with steel racks too.

So, I didn't want to go this flash and break family tradition, but I may have to. Anyone out there know where I can get a cabinet like the below? Must be stainless steel and must be very cheap. Any condition is fine, as long as it has not housed any deadly chemicals in the past, or is painted on the inside.

This is for a wee project while the weather is cool to make a smokehouse.

Any ideas welcome and appreciated.
