What does Ooredoo mean by "lead in" issue?
Dear QL freinds!
I have shifted in a new home in Al Khor. I submitted the application for landline connection of oreedoo.
After many days they told me that your home has a lead in issue. The underground cable pipe is not coming out from inside the home, so please bring the map of your home and search this undergroud pipe then dig a whole at that location. when you get the pipe outside of your home, call oreedoo. The technichian will come and connect the landline connection.
So I did the whole procedure and got that underground pipe outside the home. but oreedoo staff is still saying that you did not complete the lead in work. whenever you complete it call us again. I asked what to do now? they said we dont know. you just solve your lead in problem.
dear freinds! What is this lead in problem? 3 months finish but this lead in problem still not solved.
If anybody did this procedure before, please tell me what to do?

Call any Local Electrician in your area, and tell him to put a rope in to that pipe line which you found through map from outside end to main box inside the house, Because ooredoo guys will not do this work. Local electrician will not charge you more than 50-100 qr for this work. Good luck, I gone through all these procedure.. :)))
