last salary transfer ?

Hi All,

My current sponsor (private) is saying that they can only give me my last month salary only when I will transfer my sponsorship to new sponsor? Also I dont have any end of service amount as my probation period is not yet completed. Is this according to Qatar law? Kindly help me.

It should normally be the case, or else he will cancel your visa and give you your money, in which case you will have to leave the country before being able to join another company.

Nothing is according to the Labor Law. They do what the want.
