Landlord/Middle Men Charging the Parking Lots

Dear All,

Am just putting it here for your ideas contribution,we've a landlords' Care taker of the Villa started Charging for the shade Parking lot, which recently he had heated urgument with one of the victims who had been paying QAR500, which we too are asked to pay IF we want to park our Cars in a Shade which some of us had been parking since long ago without this kind of information from him.

Now my Question is, Is this legal to charge Tenants House Rent + Parking Fees? I thought Parking fees is only suppose to be paid in HIA Airport Only! Lol..

Is there any Legal help we can obtain to stop this kind of malpractice from the Greedy middlemen /Caretakers?

@Britex, many of us don't have landlords contact other than middlemen...caretakers!

Why not speak directly to the landlord or agent first. If not satisfied, go to the consumer protection office
