Knee Problems....Please Help

Hi everyone!

I love to play ten pin bowling and I'm taking classes aswell.

But, after I play a game or two, my left knee starts to hurt a lot, specially the upper part of the knee, 30 minutes later, the pain disappears. I don't know why this happens, it only happens after I bowl.

So, does anybody have some advice for me, becuase this pain just keeps me away from bowling which I don't want.

What you should do is go to the clinic at Aspire. They are open to public! They have a clinic specially in foot & knee sports injuries. I do not know the cost involved. Go onto the Aspire website and find out. !

You have to pay QR 200,-- to get a first appointment with Dr. Bhaat, as he is a specialist.

See an Orthopedic expert, till then enjoy wii bowling.

You can get an elastic knee bandage it will help relieve the tension, otherwise fo and see an orthopedic and get it checked out.
