Kahramaa
I went to the Kahramaa Department in August 2017 and spoke to The Head of the Call Center regarding a bill of 2010.00QAR which is a ridiculous amount for 2 people living in an apartment. I submitted all documentation which clearly shows a discrepancy in the bill. Up until this moment I have not received a response! Please advise. It’s now been 2 years!
It is ridiculous to think that 2 people can have a Kahramaa bill of over 2000QR. A rather unsavoury circumstance. No official or person from “customer service” bothered to follow up.
I still have the emails I sent to the person who was in charge and I have not received any response.
