Kahraama registration is essential?

Dear All, I have recently shifted to new premises. One query regarding Kahraama registration is that if I don't transfer Electricity n water to my name and keep paying monthly bills regularly, is it illegal?Because some of my friends are doing same since long. They say if owner has no objection, you can do it saving 2000 QR deposit. Kindly advice. Second how is online registration experience via KM App. I want to avoid hastle of going and handling with their staff directly.

its ok to continue on a previous registration.

App is good, even u can take monthly reading pics and send.
