Job in Seraton or ST.Regis?

Hi, my name is Zoran. I am finish hospitality management at university of Novi Sad. I apply for guest service agent in Doha, Seraton and St.Regis hotel. My salary wil be around 300-500e(1200-2200qr). Also i wil have accommondation,food, transport and medical insurance. I know that my salary is low butt i need some info about my condition.

Also if someone was in position i will appreciate a advice.

Also info about promotion and working condition in hotel industry.
