Dear Mr. Shoukry, you know very well that it is almost impossible to sue a company here for late payment. First of all, it costs if you file a complaint. You cannot do that if you don't get a salary. Secondly, the companies keep on promising to pay in court but in reality they don't. And thirdly, the company you sue has the power to ban you for two years based on the NOC system. All in all, misuse is programmed and it takes place. It's good to hear that your company is an exception.

And would it have done any good if he had complained ?

Dear Mr. Turky, Appreciated your message their, but if the company not paid for you for 03 months, sorry it will be your prob. why you didn't make complain?? why u still working with them till now?? why u didn't asking to transfer your visa, or even back to home??

and when i mentioned 10th of the months, this is because many issues related to our work, like over time, trip allowances, etc ... especially when u have a company with 600 workers with different categories.

and really i hope for all to have a good work environment.

One of my friend advised me for future that one shud try to get into companies with below mentioned nationalities as their boss. US, EU and so. So, before anyone join and make pataka jus try to ask the colleagues abt the work environment.

"iam working with company for 3 months, company did not give salary" Company doesn't give salary, Mr. Shoukry. Do you need more proof? And don't think that this is a single case. And by the way, the 10th is a bit late, too. Remember: the laborer shall get his wage before the sweat on his forehead has dried. It doesn't take 10 days for the sweat to dry.

Excuse Me,

who said "Companies Don't Pay Salaries", i'm working here over 8 years and getting my salary on the time "note; i'm working in private company, not gov." even we give the workers in our site the salaries on the time, if we delay it will be 10th from the next month of duty.

Dear bibygeorge, can you send me your CV.

Thank you

This is normal in Qatar, but you've known that before you came here. It's been published a hundred thousand times on QL that companies don't pay salaries.

Approach labor department.

If you haven't changed your visa then look for another job.
