You can if your wages are enough. You must ask your sponsor for an NOC to bring your daughter under your sponsorship. He can get you the forms and guide you. You will also need bank statements for the last six months and last but least a letter from the father authorizing you to bring her to Qatar.
you can do that, if she is a student, else she can only visit... if you want permanent visa, then she should be a student.
