Industrial irrigation supplies

Hi: where can I find real irrigation supplies/materials for my garden and lawn?
I do not want the retail stuff you see at Carrefour, but the, for instance, black plastic watering pipes one sees used all over Doha's city's flower beds,,,already having drip holes punched in.

If you go down the "garden centres" road you will see many places that will sell you the equipment or/and install. Take your pick.
