Import License Number

I have a garden portable water hose which i order online,
and it shipped from china through ARAMEX and now the aramex is asking for Import license number from me....
its only a single pc and its for personal use....
please help
what is this import license number...? and what is the solution...

why in the world would you buy a portable water hose?? i bet the shipping cost was 5x the amount of the hose its self... smh

tell him its for personal use and not for company purpose. import code is required for a company who has commercial license.
