I'm originally from Iraq and get suspected for being a terrorist on first impressions; I like to go along with it and say yeah so careful what you say to me or I push the red button you infidel!! hahaha nah really I'm not a bad guy I have a good sense of humour I'v been told and I am now currently working my ass off to save up 30 grand to go to America next year to see my childhood sweetheart!

i just think you're jumping to conclusions about me and my lifestyle? i'm not materialistic, in any shape or form. i spend my life tutoring kids who's parents can't afford for them to go to a decent school in qatar for free, i couldn't even be materialistic if i wanted to be. i go out with my friends on nights out, sure, but i'm still young and you only live once.

that style of thinking is an idea the western world want to get into our heads! It's fine its cool yeah BUUUUTTT there is a limit to it; when you start focusing on the present too much you will become materialistic for example wanting the latest fashions, latest phones, latest cars, etc. Whereas if you think about the future more you present will tend to be more simple and you'll be more satisfied with a simple life! I learnt that jsut recently; I'm barely going out these days with my friends to avoid spending money so I can save up and honestly I'm happy in my life right now; very simple: I go uni then work then go home study then sleep and thats my routine. Its only like this because I'm 20 and I need to be like this now so I can have a secure future :D

Mr Bukhari my friend, I am trying to save up but I also help my family with money so I can't save too much a week. I earn $200 a week and I study Law at University, $120 goes to my family and the 80 left I spend 20 of it per week and the 60 I save. Its not practical it will take me too long to save up!
