IBQ-Debit Card FRAUD

Need advice and help, had a bad experienced last Friday 13th June 2014, received SMS from the bank saying my account was debited with such amount with STEAMGAMES.COM, immediately reported to the bank and block my account, the next working day I've reported to my branch, need to know if anybody had this experienced and if there's a possibility for me to claim back the money.

Thanks for your comment, i have a debit card, I use this card before to pay my bills, electricity, internet and loads from vodaphone and ooredoo on line.

If your card not credit card. That not posible to pay such thing online. You can raise dispute to bank to return the money or you can report with QCB customer protection.
