I am under my father's sponsorship. I am doing my graduation final year as distant education through 1 of the Indian education center in Doha. I also got a part time work. Last May my Nikah (Legal process of marriage in Islam) was over. The Marriage function is postponed as i have to finish my graduation. So my hubby wanna try for Job in Qatar. I just wanna know if there is any problem for him staying with us if he's coming to Doha. And is there any problem for me to be in my Dad's visa after getting married? I have our legal marriage certificate. Please help me with this matters....

You can stay on your father sponsorship as long as you are unmarried after marriage you cannot stay on your father sponsorship specially when your husband is in Qatar. Your husband has to take the family visa and is required to take over your sponsorship in place of your father as soon as possible.

Till your studies continues here, you can be under the sponsorship of your Father. But after that it is not possible as per my knowledge. And till that time it is OK for you to be under father sponsorship and stay with your husband.

He can stay with you as long as you are in his Nikah. But, in case of having kids, you wont be able to register their birth here.

There is an age limit for being in your fathers sponsorship. I think its 19 years.
