Very true. The brokers simply buy and sell after adding their own mark up. In the end you are the loser. Just keep the money in hand, be patient and keep looking around. Hopefully, some owners will soon show up.

@Achabaccha, Thanks but sometimes you contact the advertiser and in some cases it turned out to be the brokers..not the owner..but the best thing is Power of Money when you've cash n not in a hurry to purchase!!
