How to set up credit card payment to personal website

Dears,

I am working to open my personal E-commerce website. I am researching how to set up a direct payment gateway through (credit cards) to my personal account. This website is personal and has no commercial record.

Internet Answers are always advising to consult the local banks. However, banks are not able to answer me.

I am trying to avoid third-party merchants such as PAYPAL because this method still not familiar to people here in Qatar. Can anybody advise on this?
