How to register Qtel Free Domain?

I have a Qtel 1Mbps ADSL Residential gateway and noticed that Im entitled to one free domain. Im just wondering how do I set it up cos when I logged on to the create a virtual domain page, its asking me for a Username, Phone Number and Password and Im not sure which one they're asking.

Has anyone else tried registering a domain with Qtel?
