How to handle gold digger
I married a woman who, after 6 months, doesnt want to continue marriage in order to "marry one with more money".
1. She told me that she will try to get as much money as possible via court (second mahr, nafakah mutah, nafakah idah according to Qatari law) during talaq divorce.
2. If I dont divorce her then she will claim monthly entertainment via court and live with it elsewhere (and get money with the delayed divorce).
In both cases I loose a lot of money. Lawyers simply didnt answer questions and only advise to divorce her. How can I document in the divorce that she wanted it avoiding high onwards claims for nafaka mutah (Before talaq people say "just talaq her". After talaq people say "you divorced her after enjoying her so pay". )?
Cut your losses and seek happiness elsewhere
I don't know the process, but I thought that if you divorce her, you are not "forced" to pay alimony - just Mahr (if it hasn't been already paid)
