How to get death insurance.

One of our friend died in a car accident here in Qatar two years before along with another person. 2nd person got all the benifits of insurance and went away. The family is away from here and they made me a representative. They arrange all documents and attested from all concern bodies. The decision is already given by the court.I don't find any clue,

Where to go? from where I can get it?

How can I get the concernd insurance company?

If any one can help please guide me. I just only five days stay remaining here in Qatar.

Thanks to all. The decision is against my opponent. With too much hard work and struggle the case is started now and the court has given me 18th of may.....
