How to file a complaint when i am working in work business visa

i am working in a MEP since April 20 2016, At the starting they tell they will provide id but till date they didn't provide id and here we are working in work business visa provided by company , and now from last October they didn't pay my salary. I resign from the company due to this salary problem now they are not giving me my final settlement. Daily they telling tomorrow-tomorrow now my visa is also expired.

So i need help on this problem.

Go to the Human Rights Commission and also file a complaint with the Labour Court
