how do i get an abandoned dog adopted?

Amber is a Saluki rescue at a pet centre in Qatar. She's just 2 years old, and is the most loveliest dog you'd ever meet. When she goes out of the room for one of her little walks, you can see all she wants to do is run! unfortunately, she has to spend 90% of her day in an office room because of lack of space. Its tough to get her adopted as she takes a long long time to adjust to new animals (although for the past 2 years she's been sharing space with a cat and a dog), but is amazing with people. she's not neutered as she has an enlarged heart and can't be put under anaesthesia.
