How do I find a job here :( ( with NOC)

I am so frustrated , I am a 20 something recently married lady and I HATE my job ... I finally got permission to get an NOC as I have completed my contract terms and would love to resign and leave my current place but I just cant seem to get a job. I am hounding job sites , sending hundreds of emails to people replying classifieds etc but still nothing. Is there some sor of trick in Doha to get a job or some recruitment agency .. Cos I dont know what it is I am doing wrong. I need advice.

Hi everyone thank you for the replies and the advice. PAJ I am currently a communications Manager at a well known Hospitality company. I am essentially equipped to be anything form marketing to communications to Executive PA or Office Manager. I am still searching and still no job so far
