How can I dispose off the office furniture ?

I would like to dispose off the office furniture for free. (without paying colletion charges)

I heard that Baladiya is providing a service so contacted Baladiya, however, they said they don't collect the office furniture but only collect the personal one.

Please share me some idea to dispose off them with no charges..
