Please help me, i need your advice, opinion or any suggestions...

I'm Filipina working before here in Qatar.. I went home to the Philippines last February 8, 2013.. And now i'm back here in Qatar last August 9, 2014 with Family visit visa.. I'm currently looking for a job.. Do you think i can find a company that will accept me without NOC? Because my previous company doesn't provide NOC..

Do you think it is better to go back from my previous company and continue to work there? or It's better to look for another company?

I need your help guys..

Part time jobs for visit visa its defends on places you must not visible to authorities or police some time the authorities are checking Q ID. Its Better you go back to your previous employer its easy to get jobs for you. Good Luck!!!

Finding a job in doha without NOC is illegal. if you get caught by police it will be disaster. you have 3 option as far as I know.

1. you can ask for the NOC from your previous company

2. rejoining in your previous company.

3. if you wait for another few month until the new law is implemented. you can legally seek for a job.

better option is 3 I think :)
