your savings, if you'll have, will depend on your lifestyle. if you'll rent a single room, furnish it, amortize a car, pay petrol, eat out in expensive resto, expensive clothes, send moneyto your family,outings etc then better stay where you are now.
The whole of it if you can sleep on streets and survive drinking water!!!!!!!!

if you are married and planning of bringing your family here you need to get decent accomadation and for that it will cost you a lot. and then you need transportation....looking at it it will be break even..
