HELP NEEDED.PROFESSION CHANGE

Dear QLers,

Good Afternoon.

I will appreciate if any will share their experiences with regards to change of profession..

2 years back in my previous employer i needed a family visa for wife and wanted to apply for Qatar Drivers' License. My profession then was Labourer and the PRO told me he will change it to a suitable profession to get what i wanted.I gave him all attested Documents then i had just a BSc Degree so he succeeded in changing it to a 'TECHNICIAN' but he told me it was a Manager since i couldnt read arabic when i got to get visa for my wife and license i was told that profession is not eligible.I left the company and transferred sponsorship to the new company i am now.Still trying to change the profession went to labour department in Hillal but the lady said i cant change profession twice so i should go see a Manager in the ministry in Dafna.I went there this morning the manager said its not possible to change profession twice.
