There's no problem for having kids under any sponsorship...
I've a few friends get married here; they are on their fathers' sponsorship with growing family: P
Even I'm not under my hubby's sponsorship: D
with u down ;-)
where is my pistol?
i believe u :-)
Qatar doesn’t care the change of surname after marriage...
good :-)
"your wife can't give birth if she is under her father's sponsorship."
So, does she just keep it inside ? :O(
sorry imtiaz4u to heard about your terrible past, but last time i read U were virgin ;)
no and why
imtiaz/aka SK - do you marry every year?
so what has your wife delivering related to changing her surname?
Why do you need to change your wife's surname?
You mean to say till now you havent taken her for regular checkups?
Sorry to hear about tat Imtiaz.
:-)
will be getting married again soon in may/june :-)
:-)i have gone thru a big bad time of 3 years because of my ex-marriage. big bad time and struggled a lot to come out of it :-)went to family consulting, here, there, threatening etc etc :-). no peace of mind. but alhamdollilah i fought all of them and iam happy today out of all this mess :-)
hope things will be better for you :-)
gUd Luck kUya h0pe u cAn s0rt tHings 0ut s0on!.
as per law till the age of 7, the child will be in mother custody and all maintenance and everything should be paid by the husband
none. my child is no more. he died after one week of birth :-(
at Chocolate...
My bhabi (SIL) was under her father's sponsorship in Qatar when she got pregnant but when my brother heard that there might be problem, she transfered the sponsorship to my brother just before she delivered..
On reading the title, my first thinking was that his wife is in labour at this moment and he needs help.
hope he gets the isuue sorted out.
Imtiaz4u, I am sorry to hear about your divorce but there is one question I would like to ask if you don't mind. Who got the custody of the baby? A friend of mine is thinking of seeking divorce and he has a 3 year old girl which he wants to keep but he is scared that he wont' get the custody. Did you get married and divorced in Qatar? If you get married in your home country, can you file for divorce in Qatar or do you have to go the country in which the marriage was registered?
Why don't you ask at the hospital where your wife is due to give birth? Surely it's better to put your wife's and your mind at rest. I'm sure everyone here is giving you the correct information but if it was me, I would want some official clarfification sooner rather than on the day I'm about to pop.
she can deliver... the problems will start when u try for the baby visa.....
yes iam. and was married once. divorced since 3 years now ;-)
are you Saeedkhan??
ex-wife???
Call you ???
very confusing hain baba??
@nadinenana...who say's it's supposed to be undercover? It's a government department, why would it be undercover?
On salwa road??? i thought that's all supposed to be undercover...looolll u know where it is??
my ex-wife gave birth when she was in her father sponsor. no hospital can reject that. he has a valid marriage contract. that is enuf. but he should continue with the process of transfering his wife to his sponsor.
btw do u know once u both get, the first thing was u should have got ur wife transfered to ur sponsor.
again i say, u will face no problem and if u face call me and i will handle those people there ;-)
@baldrick...he is worried about the issue of giving birth but not under his sponsorship.
@gandangpinay...mothers are now allowed to sponsor their kids in Qatar, but technically it should be the father to sponsor. Since you don't have an RP yet, that would be a problem. The child's birth certificate will be issued at CID office in Salwa Road. Depending on the Captain on duty, they may require you to submit a passport as guarantee that the child would be approved sponsorship. If sponsorship to the child is not approved to either of the parents, you need to provide a dated plane ticked for the mother and child to the country of destination. Only then you can retrieve the passport.
Ask your company to fast track the sponsorship so that you can get an RP and sponsor your child.
Good luck.
As per my understanding (that can be wrong), your wife can't give birth if she is under her father's sponsorship.
no problem at all. whle filling the application they do not ask all this details. u can show ur marriage contract, passport copy and thats all. they need 2 person name from wife side and 2 person name from husband side to fill in the form. wait for other answer.
i remember my ex-wife was in her father sponsor. we never faced any problem.
LMAO.. if u dont understand go away..
lols Baldrick!
What exactly is your problem!?!?!?
