Hard work not enough for NOC

Can I have the right to ask for a NOC? Before I joined this company, I have my working visa sponsored by a Trading company. I've done my medical and finger printing to my sponsor and when im about to fisnish the patacca process, this present company (BAKALA Trading) that I am working now for almost 4 years continue  processed my RP..

Now I am confused - did my present company used my old visa (Trading Sponsor) or they change that old visa to their visa.. Because I have an offer to an other company 3x to my salary right now and I want to tranfer.

This days what matters are the connections to the guys sitting at the top. Hard work, honesty and loyalty... it does not mean much to them anyway except during their talks at the meetings and get togathers

If you are nice and work hard, they won't give you an NOC because they won't want another company to have a nice, hardworking staff member like you.

If you are tough and rude, they won't give you an NOC because they won't like you.

Seriously - to answer your first question: "Can I have the right to ask for a NOC" the answer is a big, fat NO. You have NO right to ask, demand, expect or hope for an NOC. You DO NOT have a right in Qatar to change jobs without your sponsor's permission.
