Haj Application Processing from Qatar

Can any one guide me about the haj application processing in qatar. This time the agents are saying that we need to submit the application directly in Govt office in Al Sadd (Near Qtel). The people in this office told me to go to bin omran to submit the application the problem is the language i don't know arabic and the they don't know english. if any one has any idea please let me know.

The procedure is OK as you mentioned. The office is located just after the traffic light of Al-Sadd on right hand with a government flag going towards Hayat Plaza.

Registration has not started yet and policy / procedure is still being finalized and it may start registration by next month hopefully.
