A group of people having business ideas ?

I know that there are whole lot of people in QATAR who are having some good business ideas and like to do some business but due to some reasons not able to do it.Is there any chance of making a group of this kind of poeple with various business interests.whether the law permits it????

Always interesting to bounce ideas against other people. It often finds holes in your logic. Abu I have no ideas that I can start tommorow so I would not need a nondisclosure but to protect your interests and future endeavors I'd be willing to sign one.

One reason I am here is to get the fundage to start my own business back home.
